Description
Aplodent HOT acrylic material, hot polymerized, intended for making base plates of complete and partial dentures and relining dentures made in dental laboratories.

Mixing Ratios:
35 g powder / 14 ml liquid
Dough Curing Time:
Approximately 10 minutes (at a temperature of 23°C)
Usable Dough Time:
Approximately 25 minutes (at a temperature of 23°C)
Polymerization Process:
Place the container in waterat 100°C,
turn off the heating and leaveit for 15 minutes.
Then boil for 20 minutes.
Breaking Strength:
> 65* MPa
Solubility:
< 1,6* µg/mm3
Absorption:
< 32* µg/mm3
