We are pleased to announce that as a result of the restructuring on November 20, 2020, the group of managers of Zhermapol Sp. z o.o. purchased from its parent company Zhermack Sp. z o.o. all shares of Zhermapol Sp. z o.o. The next stage of transformation was changing the company’s name to Everall7.
